Diets Are Only Effective When You Make Them COUNT!

    Most people, throughout their lives, gain and lose tens of pounds, if not hundreds!  Probably because of this, one of the most important industries related to health care is weight loss.  food industry, etc!

  However, no matter how effective and useful a particular plan may be, it will only work, effectively and achieve the desired results if / when an individual does it, it really MATTERS!  It requires a significant degree of discipline and commitment, and to proceed, with the necessary will, to persevere, despite the temptations of life, etc.

    2. Options;  open mind;  Opportunities - The better you know and understand / consider your options and alternatives, the more you can choose the best path forward and take advantage of the best opportunities.  Do not prejudge, but move forward with a thoughtful and open mind!

  What might or might not work for someone else might or might not make sense to you?  For example, if you choose a diet that requires eating food, you won't eat it, you can set yourself up for failure!
