Weight Without Pain?

 Is it possible to lose weight without diet or sport?  Is there a magic pill that will help you lose weight without any stress?

     Do you know the answer.  It is not possible.  When it comes to discussing weight loss, there is always some writing to be done.  The first rule that comes to mind is diet. 

 If I want to lose weight, I have to control my cravings.  I have to go on a diet.  I finish the desserts, chocolates and cold drinks of my life.  I maintain exercise and all that.

     It sounds like too much hard work.  It's hard and tough.  But there is still another way.  You cannot lose weight with proper diet, but you can do it easily.

  You can't stick to a program long enough if you don't like it.  To do an exercise, you need to have fun doing it.  Pleasure makes things easier.  Happiness is the second factor that makes life better and easier.

     First, step to lose weight easily

     Don't check your weight every day.  Put aside your balance and forget about your weight for a few days.  Take a photo of your slim body and hang it somewhere where you can see night and morning.  Forget about weight loss, exercise or any other health problem.

     Second step

     Exercise is important so let us do it.  At the beginning, do not put stress.  We don't want to exercise on the first day.  Stay still and start dancing to the beat of the music. 

 Move your right arm up, then move it down.  Do this several times.  Exercise lightly and sin esfuerzo.  Try to have fun during your exercise time.

     Third step

  In your spreadsheet, write down your goals and list them.  Your first goal should be to drink 8 glasses of water a day.  The second goal may be to walk 20 minutes a day.  The third objective may be to dance for 15 minutes.  

This way you can fill the whole table.  Now go behind your goals.  When you have finished drinking 8 glasses of water, cut off the first column from your worksheet.  This way you can reach the end of your table where you will be slim and smart.

     These steps will bring you freedom and relaxation.

     If you don't like exercise, look for alternatives.  You can play a game. You can join a gym or a slimming center.  You can do yoga.  Yoga is fun for most people, and yoga burns 3 calories per minute.  Joining a gym is also a good option for many people.

     Forget about love diets.  Consider having a healthy meal.  We are not trying to starve ourselves.  It is a healthy lifestyle.  Eat a variable diet and enjoy your healthy meals.
