Losing weight while keeping your skin firm

Since you still do not have an excessive amount of loose skin, it is possible to lose weight while keeping your skin firm. The idea is to keep your body well hydrated day by day. Never get dehydrated.

Drink lots of water during the day and NEVER completely eliminate your carbohydrate intake. In my experience, most people who lost weight too quickly by eliminating their carbohydrates ended up with excess skin afterwards.

The idea is to lose weight to be healthier and, of course, to look better with your
ON clothes and your OFF clothes. Here are some tips

1. Follow a balanced diet

2. Follow a full body exercise program alternately with a divided program every 4 weeks. For example, 4 weeks of complete body program, 4 weeks of split program, 4 weeks of full body program, etc.

3. Since you do not have stomach ulcers or thinning blood, you should also take a TASON of cold cod liver oil at dinner.

4. Take 1000-1500 mg of lecithin a day. It is known that lecithin increases the elasticity of the skin.

5. Anything you can do to increase circulation will also help. The techniques of brushing the skin are very good. Search the internet for brushing the skin to get all the information you need. Deep massages are also good.

6. Especially if you have over 75 pounds overweight, DO NOT try to lose weight too quickly. The heavier this program is, the easier it will be for you to lose weight, so start slowly, so that you will only lose about 3 pounds a week.

This will prevent sagging of the skin. If you lose weight too quickly, you will have loose skin 90% of the time.

7. Some of my clients have made weekly body wraps with great success, but it can get complicated. You can do it as an option, but it's really not necessary.

Optionally, you can also take a supplement called collagen.

As I said before, one of the keys to increasing the elasticity of your skin is to keep your body well hydrated. Yes, drinking water will do that. The average person needs at least one ounce of water per pound of body weight. Maybe more depending on the type of exercise you do daily.

After losing weight, many people end up with loose skin because they follow a low carb diet that dehydrates the body. If you lose weight and become dehydrated during the process, the weight of the scale will decrease.

Unfortunately, most of the lost weight loss is nothing more than the weight of the water. If you lose 2 to 3 pounds a week, you're doing well. If you lose 4 to 6 pounds, push the limit.

No more than 6 pounds a week and you will surely lose your skin after losing weight because your diet is likely to contain too much carbohydrate. Cut flour / bread and refined sugars will give the best results.

In addition, instead of measuring yourself weekly on the scale to measure your progress, choose to wear your clothes. I always tell my clients to try the tightest pants, then follow my program for 4 weeks, then try them again. After 4 weeks, these tight pants will be a thing of the past.

Follow all the above and you will see satisfactory results.
