While the rapid development of new medical technologies and drugs can be credited with most of the increases, the lack of commitment of fitness for life means that most of these people do not have healthy lifestyle and happy.

Unfortunately, 33 percent of high school students across the country does not participate in the recommended amount of physical fitness activities for
a life time and health as defined by the Surgeon General and the Council of Presidents of physical education. This lack of activity in fitness programs often leads to adulthood, the number of deaths increased exercise and fitness program.

According to an aptitude for life by the National Institute on Aging, only 58 percent of the U.S. population to participate in a fitness program that involves vigorous life of leisure activity and these people, only 26 per hundred to three or more times per week as part of their fitness program for life.

So how does a year of life and exercise to improve your quality of life?

When health and fitness program has a low cholesterol diet, a significant reduction in the accumulation of fatty deposits called plaque can be seen in the arteries. If the plaque in the arteries also become clogged, reducing the amount of blood and oxygen flowing through the coronary arteries, and ultimately can lead to heart attack or stroke.
