While one can argue that a healthy diet and exercise can be difficult and inconvenient to be the benefits far outweigh the potential negatives.
The real challenge for each individual is unable to develop good coherent actions that would lead to a healthy lifestyle. Here are six of life hacks that you can develop to maintain a healthier lifestyle.
1. Focus on doing a physical activity you enjoy.
Remove the complexity of determining what to do. You do not want to do anything out of obligation or motivation level is low. If you like fast walking 15 to 30 minutes then get a boyfriend and start walking together.
