Eat Wisely This Thanksgiving To Prevent Weight Gain

It's that time of the year, Thanksgiving and of course, the focus is the food. Tons of food consumed in the coming days and we will pay the rental price unhindered by the extra pounds we need to do in the future.

If we are wise if we can avoid much of this gain unwanted weight by being smart and eat only those who raise our bodies nutritional benefits. Remember what you eat is your decision and no one else, later in the day, you have the power to choose. Here are some tips to help you survive the war intact waist consumption during the Thanksgiving holiday: Choose healthy foods: Choose foods for their nutritional value to their taste.

Avoid the fat part of the selection of the flesh rather than full servings of lean protein. Limit your intake of simple carbohydrates such as bread and rice. Make an extra effort to limit heavy sources and excessive use of spices, including salt.

Stay away from sweets: I know this is a difficult question because we are all overwhelmed by insatiable sweet tooth, but you have to fight against the temptation to take advantage of all the graces of sweets and confectionery invader.

If you must eat something sweet, because the very average sugar, the main ingredient of all things sweet, wreaks havoc on the body. Excessive alcohol consumption can lead to chronic diseases such as diabetes.

Drink alcohol in moderation: My recommendation is to not consume alcohol at all, but if you need to drink in moderation. Alcohol has no nutritional value, but is chock full of calories and for most people, there is a tendency to eat more when alcohol is consumed.

Avoid junk food: The name says it all "junk food". Need I say more? This thing is terribly bad for you. Avoid at all costs. I prefer to go back to Turkey from having to fill your body with this poison. Exercise: I know that exercise is probably the least of your worries during Thanksgiving, but can greatly improve or maintain their health with just a little exercise. A few minutes to do once or twice a day.

Try doing high intensity interval training, you need to do is about ten minutes will do wonders for your body. Thanksgiving is a wonderful time of year, but it is also a time that we tend to lose control over what we eat. It is a time where everything happens regarding our food and, of course, to pay the price to gain extra weight. It should take extra precautions to ensure that the food you eat for Thanksgiving promote fat burning and increased metabolism.
